This residential landscape project encompassed two new dwellings with a shared driveway and individual gardens that needed to be designed and tied together as they shared common areas.
The large decorative concrete driveway was tinted with a Peter Fell oxide and incorporated decorative basalt cobble bandings to break up the mass of concrete used. The paths and patio areas are again decorative concrete with a slightly lighter oxide tint and decorative grouted cuts that provide a large format tile appearance.
The planting plan used mature grade hedging and large grade feature plants that immediately helped ground the buildings and provided an instant full looking garden. These photos are taken 1 week after the garden was completed.
